Doors in Wivenhoe
Make each doorway work harder.
A front entrance, a garden opening and an internal divide do different jobs. We help Wivenhoe homeowners choose doors by how they will be used, then bring the materials and finishes together into a coherent scheme.

Before you choose
Decide what the opening needs to do
Think through a normal day: carrying shopping in, letting the dog into the garden or keeping conversation in one room. This helps establish the opening direction, usable width and glass choice before you settle on a style.

Three decisions worth getting right
02
Garden connection
Choose between French, sliding and folding layouts according to space and furniture.
03
Room separation
Internal glazed doors can define a room while allowing light to pass between spaces.
A project close to home
An entrance brought back into everyday use
This Wivenhoe customer’s old uPVC front door had stopped working. We replaced it with a Comp Door composite entrance, with multi-point locking and Kubu smart technology recorded in the project specification.
The case study shows the actual work and photographs. It is an example of one customer’s choices; we will help you put together the right specification for your own entrance.
