The details that finish your home
01 / FASCIAS
Fascia boards run along the roof edge and provide the fixing position for guttering. Replacement uPVC boards create a clean finish without the regular repainting associated with timber.
02 / SOFFITS
Soffits close the underside of the eaves between the wall and fascia. We consider the existing roof construction and the ventilation detail needed when planning your replacement.
03 / GUTTERING
Gutters collect rainwater from the roof and direct it into downpipes. Correct alignment, sound joints and suitable outlets matter just as much as how the finished system looks.
Time for a closer look?
Weathered paint, soft timber, loose boards and water staining around the eaves are good reasons to have your roofline assessed. Overflowing gutters may also need clearing or adjustment, so replacement is not always the first answer.
We look at the condition of the existing roofline, access and your preferred finish, then explain what should be included in your quotation.
Tell us what needs attention →Capping over timber and removing it for full replacement are different jobs. Damaged timber should be assessed before it is covered, and any repairs required behind the boards should be agreed as part of the work.
Choose a finish that works with your windows, doors and cladding. Discuss white, wood-effect and other available colours with us; exact options depend on the selected roofline system.

Your questions answered
Your price depends on the length of roofline, the height and access, your chosen finish and the condition of the existing timber. Send your postcode and a brief description of the work and we can arrange the next step towards a tailored quotation.
Capping covers existing timber, so it depends on that timber being sound. Where boards are rotten or damaged, covering them does not resolve the underlying problem. We assess the existing roofline and explain the appropriate scope before you agree to the work.
Yes. Fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes can be considered together for a coordinated finish. We will discuss which parts need replacing, the gutter profile and how the rainwater connects to your existing drainage.
The correct roof ventilation detail depends on your roof construction. Ventilated soffits or an appropriate alternative can help maintain airflow at the eaves. Ventilation must be considered alongside insulation and existing roof details.
White and wood-effect finishes are available, with other colour choices depending on the selected product. We can discuss coordinating the roofline with your windows, doors and cladding and confirm current options at quotation.
The programme depends on property size, access, weather and any repairs needed underneath the old boards. We will confirm the expected installation time once the scope has been assessed.
uPVC does not need regular repainting, but the boards still benefit from occasional cleaning. Gutters and outlets need checking and clearing to keep rainwater flowing freely.
