CERTASS operates a Competent Person Scheme for eligible replacement windows and doors. Registered installers can certify qualifying work against the relevant Building Regulations. We will explain the certification route for your project.
The FMB is a construction trade association whose members go through vetting and inspection. Our membership gives you another way to assess the business behind your installation.

Planning your budget
Aluminium windows are made to your requirements. Window sizes, opening sections, frame system, finish, glass and installation access all affect the fitted price. Replacing one window and replacing a whole house need different quotations.

OW-70 focuses on slim sightlines and an externally flush finish. OW-80 has a flush appearance inside and outside, with a different range of configurations and glazing options. We can compare suitable designs against your priorities and budget.
Modern thermally broken aluminium frames reduce heat transfer through the frame. The performance of a complete window also depends on its glass, size and opening configuration. Ask us for the whole-window U-value of the specification quoted; lower U-values indicate less heat loss.
Dual-colour finishes are available on selected systems. We will check your preferred combination, finish and any additional cost before you order. Physical samples are the best way to compare colours.
Options depend on the window system, glazing thickness and configuration. We will check whether double or triple glazing best meets your requirements and explain any changes to weight, specification and price.
