The brief
Mrs Bull’s family wanted more than a roof repair. Their draughty conservatory had a leak and a noisy polycarbonate roof, while the existing layout did not provide the open-plan space they imagined.
The design
They replaced it with a wider extension combining kitchen, dining and living areas. Two lanterns sit in the flat roof, complemented by bifold doors, full-length windows and a media wall. White render and anthracite detailing complete the exterior.
The result
The new layout connects directly with the house and garden, giving the family more space for everyday living and gatherings.
