They designed exactly what we wanted with Ultraroof, which is a brilliant idea and makes the room useable all year round. All members of staff are helpful and always available for assistance. The workmen used are professional and hardworking (even coming in awful weather). "Really impressed with the service (and price) of the windows we got (five windows front and back). We've had them in for over a year and not had any problems - in fact the only problem we had was on the day of install they couldn't get the biggest of the frames up our tight staircaise - but this was solved easily with them sorting a scaffolding thing to lift it up from the outside. Very happy with everything and I would definitely use them again."

From the initial planning by Rob who knows his stuff, planning and working with us to get exactly what we wanted, through surveys, and almost weekly site visits from Richard and kelly checking the standards and progress. I can't thank the fitters, Gareth & Ross enough, you guys worked through the november storms never wanting to slow the job down. Absolutely 5* service throughout. Were they the cheapest? No, but not the dearest either! you can't go cheap on a project like this, extending your home. They worked with us to complete by Christmas and again, Spectrum delivered...... literally. You get what you pay for and with spectrum we got 1st class."
