The brief
Lee and Georgina’s ageing timber conservatory in Bramhope had deteriorating frames and several leaks. They wanted to redesign the room and avoid a lengthy, disruptive conventional build.
The design
The project reused the existing base. Full-height windows and large sliding doors open the room towards the garden, while a hybrid roof combines solid sections with carefully positioned glazing.
The result
The family gained a new garden room with daylight from above and direct outdoor access. Lee described being particularly pleased with the speed and quality of the transformation.
