Project Objective

The previous timber conservatory, believed to be part of the original plans of the house, had become rotten, leaking, cold and unfit for purpose. The family desperately wanted to reclaim the space of their home, creating a secure modern extension they could be proud of.

This customer had truly done their research prior to our initial consultation, already having their heart set on an Ultraframe LivinRoof extension.
After discussing a few different options, the customer decided on a gable LivinRoof extending out from the previous conservatories footprint, with light oak frames to match the windows of the house.

Project Specifications

With its fully insulated solid roof, this modern extension will enable the family to host the many social gatherings they love all year round, due to the unrivalled thermal efficiency value of 0.15. Coupled with two self cleaning Ambi Blue Sunshade glass panels in the roof, and large low iron glass windows wrapping all the way round the conservatory, this impressive bright entertaining space will also not compromise the light to the rest of the house.

Fully plastered, with plug sockets and down-lighters installed throughout, this LivinRoof extension seamlessly flows into the house, open plan style, truly giving the family back the extra space they craved for their home.
