Project Objective
The previous conservatory at this home was an old outdated construction, with an inefficient polycarbonate roof and blown glass units, looking sorry for itself, in desperate need of a makeover.
The family wanted a new replacement conservatory extension, one that could be used comfortably all year round, and be proud to show off to visitors.
After speaking with the customer we created the design for a tiled Ultraframe Ultraroof conservatory, increasing the footprint of the previous conservatory to provide a larger living area.
Project Specifications
With two self cleaning Ambi Blue Sunshade glass panels in the roof, and large low iron glass windows wrapping all around from the front to the side, this new room will not only provide a bright inviting entertainment space, but one that, unlike the previous conservatory, will be able to retain the heat in winter, whilst preventing heat build up in the summer helping the room remain cool, due to its outstanding thermal efficiency.
Fully plastered throughout with electrical sockets, down lighters and electric radiators.
This beautiful extension will provide this family with a fully usable all year round space for many years to come.
