When we first visited this home on a warm spring day, the heat in the conservatory was quite literally unbearable, with much of the initial surveying needing to be done from outside.
The old glass roof was removed, before replacing it with a new fully insulated solid roof (Ultraframe Livinroof), complete with contemporary shaped glass panels made using Ambi Sunshade blue low E glass (1.0 U-Value) which with 82% heat reflection has drastically improved the comfort levels of this conservatory, enabling the homeowner to sit and enjoy his stunning garden, throughout the summer months, as well as being warm enough to enjoy during the winter also.
