The owner of this new build bungalow loved the new area he’d moved to, but felt he needed a bit of extra space to make his home perfect. This Ultraframe Orangery was the perfect solution to open up his kitchen area and give him that extra entertaining area he desired as well as a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the view of his stunning garden.

Finished with full height brick piers and large side frames to the front and left hand wall, and a fully insulated extended lighting pelmet with down lighters incorporated all around.
French doors to the right hand side opening up into the garden and plastered throughout with electrical sockets.
Low iron toughened safety glass included in all the side frames, and Ambi Blue Sunshade self cleaning (U-value 1.0) glass to the roof increasing the thermal efficiency of the room.

The additional use of Ultraframe’s Slimline Ridge roof minimises the sightlines of the roof beams, and eliminates the need for the large internal radius end caps, along with the enhancement of the additional curved cornice enhancing this beautiful warm Orangery style extension, that will provide a stylish and warm inviting space to sit in and enjoy a bit of birdwatching.
